Warranty, Delivery and Returns

Warranty

All our sold items come with 30 days limited warranty (starting with the delivery date), labour excluded. All parts before dispatch are tested and marked for warranty purposes.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched or made available for collection within 2-3 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland is being carried out with DPD and takes 1-2 working days;

Delivery to other EU countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and others) are delivered with DB Schenker, delivery takes 5-12 working days. 

Delivery to UK - delivered through PalletWays, delivery takes 6-12 working days.

Delivery to CIS countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus ,Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Russia, Uzbekistan)- please contact us for individual quote.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. Parts must be returned in the same condition as received. If any warranty seals are broken or part has been dismantled, return is not possible.
